What this page covers

The Agoura Hills Spa is a day spa at 5871 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301, open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM, where a 60-minute signature massage is $100 and treatments run from deep tissue and Swedish to couples massage, hot stone, cupping, and the iRelaxbot robotic bed. This page answers what guests tend to ask before a first visit — hours and prices, how the private couples room works, what cupping marks actually are, and what to expect when you walk in. Each answer is short, factual, and pulled from the same menu we use at the front desk.

Ready to book instead of read? Book online through Fresha — it shows live availability for every session — or call (818) 540-8060 and we'll find a time that fits. We're open every day, 10 AM to 9 PM.

One thing worth knowing: many California cities require massage professionals to be CAMTC-certified (California Massage Therapy Council) — you're welcome to ask about your therapist's credentials when you book.

Frequently asked

Where are you located?
The Agoura Hills Spa is at 5871 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301 — on the Kanan Road corridor just off the 101, an easy drive from Calabasas, Westlake Village, Oak Park, and Malibu.
What are your hours?
We're open every day, 10 AM to 9 PM — including weekends.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online anytime through our Fresha booking page, or call (818) 540-8060. Online booking shows live availability; a quick call works just as well.
What services do you offer?
Signature massage (deep tissue or Swedish with essential oil, 30–90 minutes, with an optional body scrub), couples massage for two side by side, therapeutic hot stone massage with scraping (gua sha) therapy, cupping therapy, and iRelaxbot robotic massage sessions.
How much does a massage cost?
A 30-minute body massage is $50; the signature massage is $100 (60 min) or $160 (90 min), with body-scrub combos at $130–$160. Couples massage is $200 (60 min) or $260 (90 min). Hot stone + scraping is $196, cupping therapy massage is $196–$291, cupping alone is a $40 add-on, and iRelaxbot sessions run $55–$75. The full menu is on our Services page.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes — our Signature Couples Massage puts two of you side by side in a dedicated couples room, with essential oil, for 60 minutes ($200) or 90 minutes ($260).
What is the iRelaxbot?
The iRelaxbot is our automated robotic massage bed — a private session at consistent, even pressure, no undressing in front of anyone and no small talk. Three programs are offered: Rest & Recovery Touch (30 min, $55), Vital Function Renewal (40 min, $65), and Spinal Harmony (50 min, $75).
Do cupping marks hurt, and how long do they last?
The circular marks are the suction acting on small blood vessels under the skin — the same biology as a light bruise, not "toxins" leaving the body. Most guests describe the sensation as tight pressure rather than pain, and marks typically fade over days. The NCCIH notes cupping can cause temporary skin discoloration and isn't for everyone — mention any skin conditions before your session, and read more on our cupping evidence page.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Arrive a few minutes early and check in. We'll ask about your pressure, any sore spots, and anything to avoid before we start. Then it's a quiet room and a massage at the pressure you want — tell your therapist any time if you'd like it lighter or firmer.
Can I choose deep tissue or Swedish?
Yes. Every signature massage can run deep tissue, Swedish, or a customized mix — and you can change your mind mid-session. Pressure is yours to set.
Does massage really help with stress and muscle tension?
It can. Massage is one of the better-studied ways to ease muscle tension and support relaxation. According to the NCCIH, massage therapy may help with pain, stress, and relaxation; Mayo Clinic describes relaxation techniques as a way to lower stress and ease tense muscles; and the AMTA points to research associating massage with relief from anxiety, stress, and muscle tension. Think of it as general wellness rather than medical care — see our evidence guide for the honest details.
