Delivery, redemption, and the terms I can't fake
Delivery is instant-ish. Fresha sends the email within a couple minutes of purchase, or at the exact date and time you scheduled. Redemption's just as plain: Mom applies the card at online checkout, or names it when she calls the front desk, and the balance drops off her total.
